Dvořák – American Quartet

The excellent violist, composer and FOK member Tomáš Krejbich is also part of another remarkable ensemble. The acronym V4 stands for nothing less than the Visegrad Four, the musical equivalent of a political grouping that brings together top musicians from Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Poland.

At the beginning of the concert, there will be a short lecture to the painting by Andrej Nemeš: A music composer. The lecture is in Czech only.

The project is co-financed by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
