In 2012, the now famous orchestra dedicated to early music Orkiestra Historyczna, in short {oh!}, came into being in Katowice. The ensemble was founded and is still led by the outstanding Polish violinist Martyna Pastuszka. Many other top musicians have come out of the orchestra, including the Firlus couple: Krzysztof and Anna. Today this trio is a Polish national treasure and the heart of the country’s historically informed performance. For their Czech debut, the {oh!} trio chose a mainly French programme.
The concert is supported by the Polish Institute in Prague.
