Collegium Vocale Gent

One of the world's leading vocal ensembles returns to Prague after many years with a programme of Renaissance masterpieces inspired by remembrance and tribute. At its heart is Jean Richafort's Missa Pro defunctis, a profoundly moving homage to his teacher, Josquin des Prez, whose music also weaves throughout the evening. Performed in the atmospheric Church of Saints Simon and Jude, the concert marks Collegium Vocale Gent's first Prague appearance under the artistic direction of Czech soprano Barbora Kabátková.
